Cary Mogerman and Penny Robinson Serve as Trial Advocacy Faculty
Cary Mogerman and Penny Robinson of the firm participated as instructors for all three days of the recent “Critical Trial Skills for Legal Services Attorneys” program presented by the ABA Section of Litigation and the National Institute for Trial Advocacy in St. Louis on April 5 through 7. The “Critical Trial Skills” program is presented for lawyers in public service as an aid to fostering and mastering trial advocacy skills. Lawyers in public service from throughout Missouri, Illinois, and Kansas attended the three day institute.
Mogerman is a faculty member of the eight-day ABA/NITA Family Law Trial Advocacy Institute held in Boulder, Colorado in July, and Robinson is a graduate of the program. Both focus on the art of trial advocacy and courtroom skills in their teaching.
